Early spring, J.A.M Building and Renovations (JAM) completed our porch addition. Even though JAM seemed to lean more towards interior projects, they were very interested to take on our 28 x 19 a-frame porch.From the initial consultation all the way through to the final finishes of the project, JAM conducted themselves in an honest, professional and respectful manner. Cap that off with their quality of work, staying within budget and schedule, proved we made the right decision to hire them.Andy, Chip, John and the team worked their various roles masterfully throughout the project to make it a success. In addition to their work, JAM’s choice of subcontractors to support the core team on various phases of the job was flawless.Giving an extra shout out for Chip - Andy’s appointed lead for this project. From working with the architect, to working with Andy in ordering the materials and scheduling, all the way to driving the last finishing nail, Chip kept us well informed of every event prior to its occurrence to help work with our schedules, something that we feel is one of the most critical aspects of the project.Along with conducting good communication, quality, honesty, cost, and reputation were the highest characteristics we sought in JAM and they certainly delivered. Awesome guys! They were fast, efficient and honest. Zeb worked with us on the business side and made sure everything went smoothly and chip made sure everything went according to plan construction wise and John made everything beautiful for our family. Andy was quick to come out to meet with us when we contacted him for our bathroom renovation. We were on a tight budget and wanted something simple for our first home. His team transformed our tiny bathroom with one standing shower into a fully functioning bathroom with a tub, without having to take any space from the adjacent rooms. The finished product makes our home feel more complete and livable. Josh and Efron were both very professional, kept the space neat, and worked efficiently. JAM moved quickly to ensure we would have our toilet and shower/tub functioning within a few days, before completing the final details. The project from start to finish only took 7 business days. Scheduled J.A.M to replace the carpet in my upstairs loft with a hardwood floor and paint my walls. They helped us choose the right flooring and paint, had it installed and looking amazing in 2 days time, really a great company all around.

I used J.A.M. in April to replace my roof. Andy was very easy to work with and his crew was amazing! They completed the whole roof in one day and stayed late until everything was cleaned up!I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for a new roof!!

Contracted Andrew and his team to redo the shower in our master bedroom—the one room in our new house we weren't happy with. We wanted someone local who had a good body of work and came highly recommended. From the beginning we were thrilled with Andy.. he came to our house, sat down and explained our options and we started work immediately. At one point, he called me when he saw a invoice from a material supplier and flagged an issue that ended up saving us hundreds of dollars. That's something a larger corporate company wouldn't have noticed.. or cared about. A month later we have a beautiful walk-in shower and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for anyone's home renovation projects. Thanks Andy!

Matt and John did an outstanding job on my dated kitchen and bathroom (look to the before and after pics I posted)!They were both very professional, super easy to work with, and very reasonable.My 110 year old house had some "construction surprises," Matt was very patient and adaptive as we had to switch gears and make my bathroom into a bigger project than expected.I liked their work and personalities so much that I am having them remodel another project at another property!Keep up the great work guys!

I had a great experience with JAM. Andy seems very honest and open, which can be hard to come across, and the workers were all friendly. Andy and his team did an amazing job with our bathroom. They were professional and courteous and made sure we were happy every step of the way. After they finished, we had one small thing we wanted changed. Chip was great and came back and made the change for us without making us feel bad for wanting it done. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. If we ever need anything else done, you can bet we’ll be using JAM again!

I called JAM for an estimate to finish my basement. After the initial consultation and receiving other estimates we decided to hire them and we are happy we did. They wasted no time getting right to work...even finishing the job 2 weeks ahead of schedule.Mike was the job foreman. He is very knowledgeable and professional, staying in contact with me every step of the way. He had no issue answering any of my "non experienced" questions or answering my call. He even had many great suggestions that we went along with as part of our project.Overall, this was a very pleasant experience that provided us with the basement we have been wanting for many years.
